Master of Science in Vocational Education and Training graduate appointed for managerial position at cantonal level

SFIVET’s Master Science in vocational education and training (VET) programme opens doors.

Claire Veri Sanvito, who was among the first group of graduates to complete the M Sc in VET programme in October 2010, has been appointed as the new director of a training centre for VET trainers. This training centre is run by the VET Division of the Canton of Ticino’s Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport. In addition to providing training to VET trainers, the training centre also conducts VET research.

The fact that Claire Veri Sanvito was appointed for this position is an indication that the M Sc in VET programme provides graduates with the skills and competencies needed on the labour market and that the programme enjoys recognition within the VET community.
